What is Hanerism?

Removing the sense of reality from events and memories and replacing them with fantastical scenarios. Usually followed by the sufferer desperately trying to convince the nearest person of this warped version of reality. First recorded sufferer cannot be named but was known to some as a Japanese flower girl.
"no chris! They played with lollypops and gumdrops in the first world war... Stop trying to twist things!"
