An act of rape that does not involve any sort of attraction to the victim, but arises solely from the perpetrator's desire to see the victim hurt and humiliated as badly as humanly possible.

"After Bobby beat on Joe's sister, Joe took him out back and hateraped him from noon to midnight. Now Joe just sits in the corner and cries all day."
