He will likely be someone who tokes up around the clock, wears a hooded sweatshirt and sandals no matter what the temperature is, plays Frisbee Golf religiously, and chain smokes whatever kind of cigarette he or she can find. Similar to a Negative Nancy, Sour Sally, or Positive Peter, this person brings a special dynamic to any group he or she is in.
