What is Hiltonitis?
A female with many of the same features as Paris Hilton, namely a small butt, no breasts, anorexia nervosa, and a penchant for general sluttiness.
Overheard one day at my local Denny's.
"Hey that skinny ass girl has got a bad case of hiltonitis."
