HNE is an abbreviation for Hyper Nocturnal Elite.
Members of HNE usually find themselves inexplicably hyperactive during the night and generally suffer from insomnia. This if often combated by partaking in night activities such as mild drug abuse, hardcore tea consumption, lengthy walks and graffiti tagging.
