What is Ho'ala?

1. Noun: A mental institution located in Hawaii, where unbeknownst to themselves mentally ill children are sent to be "educated" or "flourished". Nobody is quite sure what really goes on in there, but they do know that no one ever comes out quite the same.
2. Verb: To be "Ho'ala-fied" is to be "flourished". After being Ho'ala-fied, sufferers may find that they experience symptoms of dizziness, confusion, bad grammar, loss of brain cells, distorted sense of humor, and wacky fashion sense. To date, there is no cure.
