A catch-all term meaning someone considered poopularand slutty, primarily seen wearing A&F or Hollister clothing. They will reject anyone of a different social status, although they themselves may not even be that attractive (Loudness, obnoxiousness and smugnness seem to be the primary iniating factors for becoming a Holla). Of course, most non-hollas will try to ignore and insult them as much as possible, unless everyone else likes the holla under scrutiny, then the insulter will become the holla's best friend and will join them in whatever activity they are enjoying (especially if it's dirty dancing).

Alan makes fun of that Holla {2} all the time, but now that she's running her hand up Isaiah's thigh, he's trying to get in there.
