A game played between two guys where each makes progessingly intense faux homosexual advances on the other until one of them backs down because he gets too weirded out. Ironically, "losing" the game isn't a bad thing for either player, considering the alternative if both "win".
Hervey and Patrick got drunk the other night and played a gruesome game of homosexual chicken. Hervey finally pulled away as Patrick began slowly inserting his whole hand into Hervey's unzipped trousers while gently stroking his left ear and while whispering into it.
