A person who is native to hong kong, or has developed social habits of a Hong Konger, such as, overeating at mcdonalds, reckless driving, spitting mucus on the floor, laughing at people, and being stupid. However they aren't all bad. They are strict and opinionated and are often people who don't care about the enviroment, mainly because of culture. Their classical culture and philosophy is "to not welcome foreigners and think of yourselves, and you shall succeed." However, not all are all bad. The culture is steadily declining as it is being influenced by tourism friendliness in the past 4 decades.
