A busted up car. Usually very rusty, dented, with broken headlights, bumpers and/or doors. Opposite to
Rohan jacked a hoopde cause he knew nobody'd care.
2.
Any junk car that can be obtained for less then $1000.
I found a hoopde in the classified ads for $700.
