Various things can be dipped, for example - breadsticks, carrot, cucumber, crisps...

A really nice dip for stuff like vegetable sticks and breadsticks and pitta bread. It is made out of chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic and a load of other random junk (not the southern kind).
