a combination of the terms hurting and heat-score. a bogus kid who could potentially be busted for a bogus crime.
hurtscore could also refer to a real shitty person.
"Hey Ricky have you seen Donny lately?" "Nah, last I heard he was busted stealing pornos from the Mike's Mart.". Aww man, that dude is hurtscore."
