A small time drug dealer that sells when he needs chump change or stels it. This indiviual uses drugs but beleves he ain't got a problem. Unfortuanly these people never go far in life.
A kid needs new sneakers and has no money for weed. This leads him to sell weeds so he can make a profit to buy his sneakers and smoke some more weed.
