What is Hypogrit?

A word expressing the ideological hypocricy of the Liberal Party of Canada. The party has a tendancy to forget their actions or lack therof during the past with regards to many of their dire predictions and thoughts on other political parties.
"The Liberals are such hypogrits, does Stephane Dion not remember what happened to CO2 emmissions during his rein as environment minister when he portrays himself as such an environmental champion?"
