What is Icandy?

Someone that is seen as appealing from afar. You don't really communicate or are close with this person. You just think that he or she is hott and extremely appealing. There is always that person that you find interest in but never really get to know. That would be you icandy. Basically someone you check out. Normally sexual tension is involved but it does not need to be mutual.
"The lady who visits starbucks to get her daily fix of coffee, enjoys checking out the icandy at the counter nearby."
