What is Intellisense?

IntelliSense is Microsoft's implementation of autocompletion, best known for its use in the Microsoft Visual Studio integrated development environment. Also known as IntelliSuck and IntelliNonsense.

I cannot use my computer because IntelliSense is "running in the background".
