What is International Bum?

A jobless individual that spends most of his/her time traveling and avoiding getting a job and/or making money. Can usually be spotted bagpacking through Europe after college, spending their parents money.
I-Bums tend to deny their bum-status by stating that they deserve a break after college. They also tend to travel in groups, and rigorously post photos of their travels on their Xanga, MySpace, or Blog pages. They believe that by doing this, they do not qualify as a bum of any sort. However, bum-status is given to anyone with no job, no plans and no money.
Being an international bum, Joey decided to bagpack through Europe to delay getting a job.
