What is Interpass?
1.
The phenomenon wherein two roadways form an uncontrolled intersection. The objective of an interpass is to make it throught to the other side unscathed. Interpasses are regulated by laws stating that no vehicle may apply any form of braking within 1000 feet, and are, in fact, encouraged to accelerate in order to avoid collision.
That interpass has claimed more lives than cancer and AIDS combined, but I assure you it was a lot more fun dying.
