What is Intrevert?

A person who is painfully shy and uncomfortable around girls. He is just a completely different person. Avoids social gatherings at all costs. Gets upset if someone is laughing too much in his presence and is VERY self conscious, especially in swimsuits.
-Why doesn't he go out on weekends?
-Hes a big dork and an intrevert.
