When Mrs. Gibson saw a suspicious-looking man with long black hair, a porcelain-pale face, lipstick coloring his lips, a black trenchcoat, a lustful expression on his face, and far off in the distance walking in the general direction of her kids across the street trick-o-treating, she knew she had to switch on her Jacko lantern and signal the kids to return home with her before the guy goes and "tricks" them into giving his "treats."
