What is Jagfuck?

An extremely useless person.
I left a message for that jagfuck but of course he never called me back.
Maybe if you weren't such a jagfuck and running late, we wouldn't be in this situation.
2.
Someone in an organization who causes more harm than good. Presumably the merging of "fucker" and "jagoff".
That jagfuck just spent the entire meeting trying to get his laptop to work with the projector.
