An obviously degraded boy or man, who listens to Chalga (pop-folk). This guy more often shaves his legs and trys to look like a football player. His clothing consists of: Pseudo-punk haircut; tight jeans; "Puma Ferrari" shoes and pink T-shirt. They have blond clusters and cheap parfume. They desperately try to follow fashion and you can see them in Bulgaria(especially in Lovech). They most commonly move in groups, so that you can't see them alone and BUST them out. A lot of people are "jik-taks" and that is not goin' to change.
