What is Just Add Rum?

1) when a guy's girlfriend and her child move into the guy's house, he has a ready-made family.
2) much like the "just add water" directions for making food, for a ready-made family once they move in, you just add rum.
"now you are all a big happy family."
"yup, just add rum!"
