The reigon of southwest Kentucky/ nortwest Tennesee,(see Kentuckasee) because in all honesty the two reigons/cultures are so intertwined and different from the rest of thier respective states that they make up a state in itself.

Inhabitants are known as K-10ers (K-Tenners or Kentuckaseeans)
