What is Ka Ka Bandit?

someone who defecates in a public place such as a middle school gymnasium for unknown reasons. they tell nobody of their horrendous acts and become known only as ka ka bandits to the authorities. they usually defecate under the cover of darkness so that nobody will catch them in the act. some theorists have come to think that ka ka bandits do this for sexual arousal, others argue they are simply claiming territory so other alpha males will not trespass into their domain.
some go as far as smeering their feces on walls or anything else they can find and they paint pictures and make toy figurines.
Janitor: Fuck! that god damn ka ka bandit was back last night. he gone and shit all over the floor!
