A primarily ethnic youth gang based in and around Camberwell in Melbourne, Australia (believed to be inactive as of early 2000's)
Most of the members now would be in commission houses in
Kambo Klowns member: "Im a klown bro, now gimmie your phone or ill stick ya!"
To which everyone would just laugh at them and walk off.
