a phrase reffrerd to a man who tries to sing and thinks he does a good job, when in actuality he sucks. He is a bad singer that not knowing the pitch of his own resambles a lady - therefore a man with no balls.
Snoop Doggy Dog sounds like a Kastrat - he would make a nice duet ASher or any other fag that is into hip hop.
