Colloquial phrase used in the Urdu language (predominantly spoken in Pakistan and parts of India) meaning 'a little sour and a little sweet' or as we say in English 'Sweet n Sour'. People with a colorful personality are sometimes referred to as "Khatta Meetha" and are known to have big arms like gorilla and sometimes can have custom built too.
