Meaning is "kiss my derry arse". Originally used by people from Londonderry to designate that they are not from London but Derry in Northern Ireland, i.e. they are not Englishmen. When saying, you should lengthen the last word to sound "ay" (aaay) or "air", to sound funny, just referring to arse/ass. Today, it is being used more widely - even among the Englishmen.
