What is Kiwibiker?

A southernly located petrolhead excited by all things on two wheels. Unfortunately most of the time located behind a computer because they have been caught speeding too many times and lost their license. Is also known to wheelie in all places possible which inevitably leads to more computer time.
Kid: Look out the window mummy!!!
Mum: Oh that's another one of those stupid kiwibikers, god dammit. Look son the police are chasing him.
Kid: Ooooo I think it's daddy!!
Mum: That lying prick, he said he'd be on the computer all day.
