On each front paw Koala's have two thumbs to help them climb on to trees and grab food. So the ultimate thumbs up to someone is to make a C with your thumb and finger. Its like a double thumbs up!
My mate Amanda hooked up with a hottie so i made the Koala thumbs up sign as she was walking off so she knew i was heaps impresssed!
