What is Kulup?

An awkward or humorous action out of the blue. Could mean looks on a person's face or their action. Normally meant to tease your friends or strangers.
1) Damn kulup man your picture! Haha!
2) Look at that chick! Damn kulup!
3) When one of your friend is drunk and have a really blur look on his face and start drooling, you turn to your other friends, then point at the drunk and shouting and laughing at him: "Ah Kim!! Damn kulup man you! HAHAHAHA!
