The combined musical efforts of DJ Takaand TaQ, (two of the bigger composers in the Beatmania IIDX Series.) While they're are only three pieces unter the 'Outphase' label (Quasar, Sync, and Summer Vacation,) the quality of their music is among the best in the game.

My favorite iidx artist by far is Outphase.
