Lannification Edit Meaning

A process performed to make extremely high(or drunk) people laugh uncontrollably or trip out. The Lannifier approaches their victim by hunching over, protruding their lower jaw into a smile and stroking their pinky against the victims chest or arm while repeatedly saying "Lanny". "Lanny" can be said a number of ways: softly, loudly with a stretching out of the eeeee sound at the end, or in normal volume voice that sounds like mini-me from Austin Powers. Lannification conventionally involves only moving the pinky or index finger to stroke the victim - the Lannifier places their hand right next to their face and begins terrorizing.

Frank got really high and laughed uncontrollably when I performed Lannification on him.
