Lazy Lemon

What is Lazy Lemon?

1.

A name used to refer to pre-squeezed lemon juice in a bottle or lemon-shaped plastic container.

Chef Gordon Ramsay uses the phrase in order to insinuate that the chef who uses it is too lazy to use fresh lemons.

The phrase is used by Ramsay in Season 2 of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares, UK - La Lanterna.

"When you walk into a kitchen and spot a bottle of Lazy Lemon, it means Lazy Bastard... nothing more."

~ Gordon Ramsay
