What is Le Rocks?

The name given to a male who has between 3-5 testicles. Testicles may in fact be cysts or growths associated with injury however, they clearly resmeble actual testicles.

Mitch: Hey Jimmy, are you a le rocks now?
Jimmy: Yeah, I got hit in the sack with a bat now I have 3 balls.

Jimmy: Arrgh! I just got hit in the balls and grew another one!
Mitch: Wow! That makes 4, you really are le rocks!
