Lex Talioni is spanish for the Law of Retaliation. The law of retaliation is the age old saying, "An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth". The prinicpal was orignally found in babylonian law. If a person was hurt the Injured person would take retrobution on tje one who did the crime. Tje crime could have been much wors eor even death

Lex talionis dictates:

A black eye for a black eye

a broken bone for a Broken Bone

A Broken spien you can'y go home
