What is Lexed?

The feeling of constant tiredness from being exposed to a negative and annoying Estonian person known as Lex. You will be constantly interupted in social situations for references of Estonian camps and all night male nudity drinking sessions.
"I was having a great day till Lex came by and wouldn't stop talking about Estonian camp! I feel really lexed".
