A private baptist university in Lynchburg, Virginia. Founded in 1971 by Jerry Falwell. The university has over 11,000 students, and is located on a 5,000+ acre campus. Everyone is incredibly nice and the spiritual atmosphere is amazing. LU has division 1 athletics and their mascot is the Flames. Anyone who is considering going there should check it out because it is incredible. It is constantly growing and is scheduled to have the first SnowFlex mountain in the United States. Christians are stereotyped as mean, judgemental human beings, but in reality, we are just like everyone else. We all sin and fall short of the glory of God, and if you want to experience an atmosphere that is completely accepting and loving, Liberty University could be your future college!
