What is Limpkin's Insomnia?

Results when one is so excited about the prospects of taking a nap that they cannot fall asleep.
Symptoms: Restlessness, Desire to talk, General inability to fall asleep.
Causes: Over-hyping the positive effects of napping, ideal sleeping conditions, napping under time constraints.
I had the worst case of Limpkin's Insomnia today. I got like four hours of sleep last night, but when I was finally able to take a nap, I was so excited that I couldn't sleep.
