What is Linear-minded?

A type of person that is unable to think after acquiring knowledge of something. Somewhat similar to close-mindedpeople.

This is possibly a definition from those who expect too much out of people, such as myself.

Linear-mindedness could also be similar to being conclusive, as well as being bureaucratic.
