mad bombed is when a person has comsumed a considerable amount of alcohol. Another word for being exceptionally drunk/off your face or the consequences (hangover) which will occur the next day after many a drink.
'i am mad bombed', 'nice being massively bombed last night mate', 'im mad bombed this morning, fuck lectures'.
