Describes the actions of a low-level manager at a shitty workplace, eg McDonald's or somewhere similar, who exerts his or her authority to be a dickhole just for the sake of it.
When confronted, will usually hide behind lame excuses like "that's what Corporate wants".
Person 1: Dude, (manager name) is starting to get on my nerves giving me split shifts every day of the week, when I told him I need to go take care of shit this week.
Person 2: Yeah, he's McPowertripping pretty hard.
