A meat-based, possibly toxic, product of questionable origin and/or content, especially one bought from a van that wasn't there yesterday and won't be there tomorrow.
Thinking, 'what the hell' he bit deeply into the meatish pie, marvelling at the grey tubes and gristle that bubbled out over his fingers.
