1. An anacronym for MOUTH IN GEAR, BRAIN IN NEUTRAL'. Used as a singlar or collective Noun when describing certain cretins in my office, or anywhere else in my immediate vicinity. 2. Descriptive of any moron that speaks before thinking.
Question "Hey Rick, what do you think of that Sandra?"
Answer "She's a right MIGBIN, sounds like an American!"
