Noun. "Missionary slide-and-glide". A sexual position in which, while having intercourse in the missionary position, a man leans forward, pushes the woman's knees as far as he can toward her head, and carefully slides out the northern pass, gently down, and into the south tunnel. (NOTE: Be sure to achieve maximum lubrication from the northern pass before attempting this fluid maneuver.)
