What is Mitcho?

One who has a case of shyness and awkwardness. They cannot do anything unless they are standing by a JP. They pace back and forth and make weird noises during times of nervousness, or when girls are in their general vicinity. Tends to make others feel very awkward. Does not feel comfortable around people, so they spend their time with dogs instead. Causing occasional use of dogs for their own sexual pleasure. They cannot talk to girls, and do not feel comfortable when girls even get near them. Their face turns red over even the smallest things.
My friend is being such a MitcHo right now! He won't even talk to anyone but his Dogs!
