Slang word used only by huge dorks, and people who spend too much time on the computer. The definition means that someone is "really cool", but it's only uttered by losers at computer parties, or used by morons posting on the Makeoutclub messageboard.
"That girl on page 653 is so mocular. I think I'm going to try to find her over AIM."
