What is Momjaya?

A relative or close friend who will tell you how talented you are when you have little or no talent. Can also be used as a verb to describe when somebody's telling you you're great when you're not.
I know I can't sing, but my dad's such a big momjaya, he wants me to try out for American Idol.
Do you think I can dance, or am I just being momjaya'd by my sister?
