What is Monglish?

A style of speech, vocabulary or pronunciation of (supposedly) English - that is otherwise unintelligible, as if spoken by a mong- usually occurring as a result of severe substance abuse.

The guy was fucked. I couldn't understand a word he said - he was speaking complete monglish.

2.

English spoken by complete mongs which comes out in the form of complete gibberish.
